PT. Jembo Cable Company Tbk implements SunFish HR Suite

January 30, 2005 - PT. Jembo Cable Company Tbk. has selected DataOn's SunFish HR. The company decided to implement DataOn's SunFish HR Suite to streamline their HR workflows and enhance the speed and transparency of processing its employee information.

PT. Jembo Cable Company Tbk is a publicly held company which manufactures and markets multiple lines of power and telecommunication cable products. The products range from low-voltage copper and aluminium conductor cables, low and medium voltage electrical cables, copper conductor and fibre optic telecommunication cables. Customers include PLN, PT Telkom, PT Indosat and other state-owned and private companies.

Going through a management reorganisation phase the company decided to step into the future and underlay its entire business processes with innovative software in order to increase production and administrative efficiency and stay ahead of the competition. The company then identified and prioritized all improvable areas such as production, inventory, finance followed by human resource administration and overall company communication.  Once PT. Jembo Cable completed the implementation of its new ERP system it turned to DataOn to address the companies employee administration efficiency.
