Advanced Career Indonesia to use new software edition SunFish HR Payroll

August 2006, Jakarta – Advanced Career Indonesia is the first company to implement DataOn’s latest software edition SunFish HR Payroll. The special characteristics of this edition are that it is a simplified, fast-to-deploy and cost-effective HR payroll version of DataOn’s complete and complex HR solution.

SunFish HR Payroll is DataOn’s entry package for HR; it allows companies to start with automating their most important HR processes including: Payroll; Time Recording - Tracking and Shift Scheduling; Employee Data Administration and Career Movements before adding on strategic functions later.

This is exactly what Adavanced Career was looking for – a web-based HR solution, fast to install and easy to configure which focuses on Payroll Management and is easy to use. With only very little training required SunFish Payroll still retains the flexibility with which other functions can be gradually added in the future as the company achieves its growths milestones and needs features for longer term strategic planning and forecasting.

With currently a little over 30 employees Advanced Career Indonesia was interested in a light and low risk HR version to begin with the automation of its HR processes. DataOn demonstrated its HR Payroll edition, which was a perfect fit to Advanced Career’s needs. The HR Payroll edition comes on an installation CD that includes all software needed to run SunFish, it provides an easy step by step installation handbook for self-installation and a wizard that leads administrators through the configuration process of the software. The configuration includes standard options to set up Payroll parameters, allowances/deductions, PTKP   and all other Payroll components, working shifts and work schedules, leave & permit types, overtime, users, reports, etc. – in short, all aspects that are needed to be set up to run the payroll software. Once through the configuration process that takes not more than a couple of days the software is ready to use.

Once configured, SunFish HR Payroll will provide a single, standard platform that focuses on payroll management but is integrated with time and attendance, employee information, approval processing, organizational structure management, and personnel career movement administration. It will become the backbone of the Adavnced Career’s HR operation, complementing and automating existing processes, while increasing their efficiency, and optimizing the company’s human resources.
