PT. Tesco Indonesia decides for SunFish HR to innovate their employee administration and payroll processes

The company was already using software for processing their payroll. However, not ideally working functions, inflexible analysis tools and too little reporting to satisfy follow-up audit questions by their mother company caused the management to think about overall changes in some HR process flows beyond payroll. PT. Tesco Indonesia started looking for HR software that could be implemented now for the company’s most urgent needs such as smooth and error free payroll calculation, employee information, training and appraisal management.
