Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. has selected the Professional Version of the SunFish HR from DataOn to replace their existing payroll software and to innovate the way of how the company manages employee information as well as time & attendance.
Property management company PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. is engaged in the construction business as a developer and general contractor, as well as providing construction planning and supervision consultation services. Headquartered in Jakarta, the Company has two subsidiaries: PT Taman Impian Jaya Ancol and PT Seabreeze Indonesia. Through them it manages and operates Ancol, Indonesia?s largest recreational park comprising of a water park, and theme parks such as Dunia Fantasi, Gelanggang Samudra aquarium, Sea World, a bowling center, several golf courses, an art market, and hotels. In addition to Ancol, PT.Pembangunan Jaya Ancol develops several housing and retail complexes, including Puri Jimbaran I, Puri Jimbaran II, Capital Coast, Puri Nusa Dua, etc.
The company, until now, used an in-house developed software for payroll management, however, remaining HR processes, especially recording and maintaining employee information, tracking Time & Attendance / shift tracking and analysis were still accomplished manually. With 1200 employees this proved very challenging and PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. was in need of a solution that would integrate and automate all HR functions in one platform.
After a thorough vendor review process they purchased DataOn?s SunFish HR Professional Version for themselves and their subsidiary PT. Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. Once SunFish HR is implemented in both companies the system will increase the information and data processing efficiency and lead to better employee productivity and thus a better business performance in human resource related development aspects.
