Four Season replaces current human resource management with SunFish HR Professional Edition

April 2007, Jakarta  -  DataOn announces that the Four Season Jakarta is the latest Hotel to implement SunFish HR to have a fully integrated system that automates their personnel administration processes for their over 650 employees. The Jakarta hotel had already decided for SunFish HR a while ago because the software is well-received by Indonesia’s Five Star hotels due to its proven reliability, flexibility towards customization and service quality. However, as a subsidiary of the Canadian-based Four Season Hotel & Resort that applies the same standards in every aspect to all their hotel around the world, it was necessary that the headquarter endorsed a domestic software that would fit their unique, Indonesian requirements. Once the approval was given, the Four Season Hotel Jakarta began the implementation.

The SunFish HR Professional application will replace the hotels current HR management, which comprises of several small unintegrated systems each supporting the administration of different HR processes independently. With SunFish HR, the Four Seasons Jakarta will be integrating all areas of human resource management in one single platform to achieve maximum workflow efficiency and speed when processing time & attendance records, payroll and tax payments.  The software will also be customized to simplify and automate the hotel’s specific reporting requirement to the headquarters in Canada as well as provide an interface where relevant reports can be directly uploaded to the HR system used by the headquarter. 

From its new HR solution, the Four Season Hotel Jakarta can expect to increase the efficiency and transparency of processing employee information, submitting & approving different types of request (leave, overtime, etc.), payroll & reimbursement processing, as well as management for shift schedules and tracking/analyzing work attendance and reporting. Moreover, the hotel will see a reduction of operational costs for the mentioned workflows in their HR department.
