PT. Bhakti Finance upgrades SunFish Payroll to SunFish HR Enterprise Version

January 2008, Jakarta - PT. Bhakti Finance - financing, leasing and insurances provider for motorcycles, cars, and electronic goods is upgrading its Payroll system to SunFish Enterprise. PT. Bhakti Finance implemented DataOn’s Payroll solution last year in order to urgently replace their payroll software, which had become unusable and left the HR department with the burden of manually managing 600 employees allocated over 30 offices throughout Indonesia.

Since the implementation, PT. Bhakti Finance was able to quickly integrate and automate all fundamental HR processes in one single system, which simplified the company’s human resource administration and improved its efficiency in processing and managing its employee attendance and activity tracking. Once  the core features were in operation, the company began looking into the option to upgrade the present HRIS system to DataOn’s latest enterprise version of HRIS in order to enable the benefits of the strategic features in the system.  In January 2008, the management decided to proceed with the upgrade.

Once implemented, SunFish HR Enterprise will continue to provide improvements in the transparency and efficiency of their many administrative HR activities and data processes by further simplifying management, tracking and reporting tasks. Moreover, the new solution will also address PT. Bhakti Finance’s concept of employee career development and farsighted personnel strategy that aligns the value of their employees with the company’s goals. 

Measuring and analyzing individual performances, competencies and skills systematically and frequently not only assist the company in evaluating the knowledge and potential within the company but will show a career path for each employee as well as allowing them to develop their careers accordingly.
