PT. Tiara Adi Kencana automates their HR structures with SunFish HR.

February 2008, Jakarta – DataOn announces that PT. Tiara Adi Kencana has decided to implement the Enterprise edition of SunFish to renew their existing HR structures and extend them to a fully integrated management solution covering not only administrative but also strategic planning tasks.

PT. Tiara Adi Kencana is a member of Kerry Group, a leader in the global food industry developing, producing and marketing lifestyle and nutritional foods, flavors and ingredients. With world class manufacturing facilities and dedicated sales offices, the group is strongly present in Asia. In Indonesia, Kerry Group has 20 subsidiaries, most of them engaged in sugar cane and palm oil plantation.

The company was seeking a HR solution that would allow them to automate their HR and thus handle administrative tasks for their over 100 employees more efficiently and to support them with the implementation of competency based performance evaluations to address strategic personnel planning issues. Once the HR system requirements were established, PT. Tiara Adi Kencana began a very careful vendor evaluation process a year ago. DataOn’s SunFish HR was selected because it is web-based system and was the only complete solution - with all HR management aspects including employee information and payroll to strategic functions such as performance evaluation, employee development and recruitment – that was suitable to their requirements.

SunFish HR Enterprise will be implemented in the group’s head office in Jakarta first and will serve as a trial project to consider the deployment of the software for all of Kerry Group’s locations in Indonesia.
