PT. Frigorex Indonesia implements SunFish HR to transform manual way of doing HR administration

June 2008, Jakarta – DataOn announces that PT. Frigorex Indonesia has selected the SunFish HR Professional Edition in order to replace their current manual HR Management with an automated solution.

PT. Frigorex Indonesia is part of the global network of Greece-based Frigoglass Group, a specialist in the design, manufacture and marketing of Ice Cold Merchandisers (ICMs) and the production of Glass Containers, primarily targeting the beverage industry. PT. Frigorex Indonesia was established in 1998 as an ICMs production facility in JABABEKA Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java (near Jakarta) and marked the Group’s first major investment in Asia.  

Recommended by existing SunFish customers, Frigorex Indonesia invited DataOn to present SunFish HR. In several discussions, DataOn explained and demonstrated how SunFish would adapt to the company’s very specific business process and reporting requirements. The monthly and annual reporting to Frigorex group’s headquarter in Greece, was a main concern for the management. DataOn’s solution to include the customization of an upload interface in SunFish HR that connects to the headquarters’ server and automatically sends the monthly/ annual reports convinced the management that DataOn is the best partner for this project.

With the implementation of SunFish HR and the automation of its HR process, Frigorex Indonesia will resolve present challenges related to the speed and efficiency of manually handling HR administration tasks, correct calculation of payroll and taxes, as well as accurate reporting to the group’s headquarter. Additionally, the use of the new solution shall transfer the monthly Payroll duties from the Finance to the HR department, and the time savings shall allow Frigorex Indonesia’s HR department to start thinking about strategic employee management.
