PT Rintis Sejahtera enhances its HR structures with SunFish HR

The implementation of SunFish HR will start with the automation of the informative and administrative HR tasks for the company’s 225 employees - including Personnel Management, Time & Attendance Recording and Payroll in order to improve the efficiency and speed of processing payroll as well as ensuring always correct results. Following, the requirements for the strategic features will be realized so that Rintis’ Management will have the right tools to track whether the right person occupies the right position by comparing individual skills vs. required position qualifications, identifying discrepancies, and close gaps through training, repositioning or recruitment. This will allow the company to develop a strong personnel strategy that aligns its long-term plan with the value their employees offer.
