Six months ago, SIS started to evaluate HR vendors that could help them to web-enable, centralize and automate its employee information management. In this context the software should be able to integrate all of the company’s locations to achieve process transparency and overall consolidation of the HR operation in Indonesia. DataOn’s SunFish HR was chosen to be implemented because it ideally suited SIS company characteristics and because of its web-based nature and multi-location capability that would allow to unit all branches – no matter how remote the area- in one single and standardized HR system.
The implementation of SunFish HR will provide SIS with a standard platform that aligns all their branches, centralizing and automating core HR functions such as data collection, attendance tracking, payroll and tax processing as well as reporting and analyzing duties for its currently overall 3000 employees.
