Grand Hyatt Doha deploys SunFish HR for their personnel administration
October 2008, Jakarta – DataOn announces that Grand Hyatt Doha has chosen SunFish HR to manage their human resources for its new luxury retreat in Qatar opening early 2009.
The Grand Hyatt Doha is located in a new district of the city on the West Bay shoreline, at the start of the causeway leading to the Pearl-Qatar project and only 20 km from Doha International Airport.
The interiors blend historical architectural elements with contemporary materials which are rich, subdued and comfortable. The public areas replicate the inner courts of an Emir’s palace, once filled with visiting emissaries from the ancient world, but today filled with discerning international travelers.
The innovative hotel was determine to organize and administer its personnel management process in the most effective, effortless and time-efficient way right from the start and chose SunFish HR to achieve that objective. The software’s suitability and proven value for the hotel industry in general and more specifically for the Grand Hyatt Jakarta, Indonesia contributed to that decision.
The implementation of SunFish HR, which has to be completed before the opening of the Grand Hyatt Doha in early 2009, will provide a standard platform that covers compensation management, shift scheduling and attendance tracking, employee information, approval processing, organizational structure management, as well as employee career transitions.
