DataOn’s President Gordon J. Enns to be key speaker in the “People Challenge Middle East Forum 2008” in Dubai
November 2008 Jakarta, Indonesia - DataOn is proud to announce its participation in the “People Challenge Middle East Forum 2008” from November 24th to 26th in Dubai, UAE. Under the title ‘Driving Employee Engagement and Employer Branding’ the forum is a 3 day highly focused program under which expert leaders in regional and international HR strategies share and exchange insights on meeting the people challenge and increasing the ROI of recruitment, recognition and retention programs.
The program starts with a workshop to provide a theoretical conceptual framework of delivering employment promise and becomes an interactive and knowledge–sharing platform by discussing vital case studies and holding brain storming sessions from which the attendees will gain a deep understanding of the overall effectiveness of employee relations and the means to creating a workplace that keeps its best people on board and deeply engaged to drive commercial success.
