Hyatt Group UAE innovates its employee management with SunFish HR
November 2008, Jakarta – DataOn announces that Hyatt Group UAE has selected the SunFish HR Enterprise Version to automate the personnel administration and improve HR operation standards for all its business units. The solution will be implemented for five Hotels – Grand Park Hyatt Dubai, Grand Hyatt Dubai, Grand Hyatt Residence, Hyatt Regency Dubai, Galleria Dubai and allows the hotel chain to simplify, standardize and thus accelerate their business processes.
SunFish HR supports an efficient and cross-location personnel management and eliminates redundancies, allowing the HR Department a broader focus towards strategic employee development and aligning them with the chain’s future growth goals. Within the administration area the hotels will achieve a shortening of business critical procedures, decrease the average period of administrative duties, and cut human capital related operating costs without sacrificing their country specific characteristics and flexibility.
Once implemented, SunFish HR will provide a single, standard platform that covers payroll management, employee information, approval processing, organizational structure management, personnel career and development as well as training and applicant management.
