RS Mitra Internasional to improve HR workflow efficiency with SunFish HR
October 2008, Jakarta - DataOn announces that RS Mitra Internasional has chosen SunFish as platform for integrating all its human resource management areas and activities in order to achieve maximum processing efficiency in all HR related tasks through automation, and thus be able to improve the strategic areas of their HR management.
Mitra Internasional is a private hospital located in East Jakarta. The Hospital was established in March 1989 and commenced its services with a five floor building. Currently, Mitra Internasional has 2 buildings, each with eight floors, whereas one building accommodates the inpatient area (which includes emergency centre, wards, operating theater and critical care areas) and the other building has a large outpatient area. Mitra Internasional is one of the three hospitals that global hospital group Ramsey Health Care operates in Indonesia. Besides Indonesia, Ramsey Health Care operates approximately 100 hospital and day surgery facilities across Australia and the United Kingdom.
With its decision for SunFish HR, the hospital follows RS Internasional Bintaro- another hospital operated by Ramsey Health Care and already using SunFish HR since 2007, which will help to align HR operating procedures, processes and strategies in all Ramsey Health Care affiliated hospitals. SunFish HR will increase the effectiveness and transparency with which the RS Mitra Internasional processes employee information, submits & approves different types of request (leave, overtime, etc.), handles payroll & reimbursement processing, tracks/analyzes work attendance, shift and reports. As a result the hospital will not only see a reduction of operational costs for such workflows in their HR department, but can also start to implement the thought-through strategic concepts for employee engagement, personnel development through IDP and training as well as recruitment that are provided with SunFish HR. .
