PT. Aerta Air Jakarta upgrades SunFish Professional to SunFish HR Enterprise Version
January 2009, Jakarta - PT. Aerta Air Jakarta- who is engaged in the management, operation and maintenance of the water supply in East Java - is going ahead with the second phase of their HR management innovation. PT. Aerta Air Jakarta implemented DataOn’s Professional solution last year after the company had decided to entirely reengineer their HR processes starting with Employee Data and Organization Structure Management, Time Attendance Tracking, Payroll, Tax and Reimbursement Processing.
Since the implementation, PT. Aerta Air Jakarta was able to quickly integrate and automate all fundamental HR processes in one single system, which simplified the company’s human resource administration and improved its efficiency in processing and managing its employee attendance and activity tracking. With the core features in operation, the company focused on finalizing its strategic concepts for recruitment, performance management, assessment, training and development in order to be ready for the implementation of the strategic SunFish HR features at the start of 2009.
Once implemented, SunFish HR Enterprise will continue to provide improvements in the transparency and efficiency of PT Aerta Air Jakarta’s many administrative HR activities and data processes by further simplifying management, tracking and reporting tasks. Moreover, the new solution will also address the company’s concept of employee career development and farsighted personnel strategy that aligns the value of their employees with the company’s goals.
