Bosowa Investama automates their HR structures with SunFish HR.

March 2009, Jakarta – DataOn announces that Bosowa Investama has decided to implement the Professional edition of SunFish to renew their existing HR structures and extend them to a fully integrated management solution covering not only administrative but also strategic planning tasks.

Bosowa Corporation is an East Indonesia based Company and has been in existence for 35 years. Since its founding in 1973, Bosowa has always had the vision to becoming one of the leading companies in the eastern region of Indonesia. The company initially started as a trading company, and made its breakthrough in 1978 when it started its first car dealership business. In 1980, it won the exclusive dealership rights of the Mitsubishi brand vehicle for the East Indonesia market.

Since then, in line with the robust growth of the company, it has expanded to various business ventures, and today the main business units of the company comprise of: Automotive, Cement, Infrastructure & Power Plant, Financial Services, Property, Agribusiness, and Mining.

The company was seeking a HR solution that would allow them to automate their HR and thus handle administrative tasks for their over 1300 employees more efficiently in order to pave the way for HR to take on a more strategic role in the longer term.
