PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia to innovate their employee administration and payroll processes with SunFish HR
June 2009, Jakarta – DataOn announces that insurance provider PT. Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia (or short Nasional Re) has selected SunFish HR to support and improve the management of their human resource-related processes with the focus on payroll automation and employee data transparency.
The insurance company was seeking a flexible HR solution that integrates a complete set of functions covering all HR management areas – administrative, operational and strategic - that could be implemented now for the company’s most urgent needs such as smooth and error free payroll and tax calculation, employee information, and career management. But, which in a mid and long-term could be extended to cover every aspect of human resource-related issues as the company needed them.
The implementation of SunFish HR will provide Nasional Re with a standard platform that automates the operation of the company’s compensation processes, simplifies the data and transaction administration of 200 employees. Modern and extensive analyzing tools can be utilized to delve deep into HR related data to allow detailed reports, support decision-making and provide a new level of information quality.
