SunFish ERP to support Astragraphia Xprins in improving business process management

April 2009, Jakarta – DataOn announces that Astragraphia Xprins has begun implementation of SunFish ERP in order to consolidate the management of its operation, to optimize core business processes and to improve online interactions and information exchange between departments. For this project, DataOn joins forces with partner Astra Graphia IT (short AgIT) who paved the way for the implementation of SunFish. During this process, DataOn will provide the software and implementation services while AgIT is positioned as project management officer to organize and coordinate project-related activities between all parties as well as to keep them on time and budget.

Xprins is one of Astragraphia's core business units in the Document Solution Service area. Xprins provides document production service, including printing, enveloping and distributing, to customers that outsource their high volume document printing such as for invoices, accounts statements and others. The Xprins' operation is supported by Astragraphia's  Production System Business (PSB) unit.

With the continuous development of its business, Xprins decided to modernize the integration of all its business structures and flows, and thereby, improve business insights and management efficiency in order to allow more flexibility and adaptability as well as accuracy in handling business processes.
