SunFish ERP to support X-Prins TLP in improving business process management

April 2009, Jakarta – DataOn announces that X-Prins TLP has begun implementation of SunFish ERP in order to consolidate the management of its operation, to optimize core business processes and to improve online interactions and information exchange between departments. For this project, DataOn joins forces with partner Astra Graphia IT (short AgIT) who built the relationship with X-Prins and paved the way for the implementation of SunFish. During this process, DataOn will provide the software and implementation services while AgIT is positioned as project management officer to organize and coordinate project-related activities between all parties as well as to keep them on time and budget.

X-Prins TLP was established in 1997 in Jakarta and is operating in the Digital Variable Data Printing field. It provides services for producing bank statements, billing statements, direct mail, insurance policies, financial statements, labels and barcodes among others. The company has a large customer base across a variety of industries including banking, insurance, consulting, telecommunication, Multi Level Marketing and Public Utility.

With the continuous development of its business, X-Prins decided to modernize the integration of all its business structures and flows, and thereby, improve business insights and management efficiency in order to allow more flexibility and adaptability as well as accuracy in handling business processes.
