SunFish HR Professional to centralize and streamline PT. Kievit Indonesia’s HR operations

July 2009, Jakarta – DataOn announces that PT. Kievit Indonesia is implementing SunFish HR in order to have a single, central platform for collecting employee related information and conducting its HR operations in order to make it easier for the HR department and management to obtain a complete overview of the company’s entire HR situation.

PT. Kievit Indonesia is the production plant of Holland-based Friesland Foods Kievit, producer of high-quality spray-dried, encapsulated ingredients. The plant was established 2005 in Salatiga as a response to the rapid growth of the demand for its products in Asia.  In 2007, the turnover of Friesland Foods Kievit in Asia was already 24% of Friesland Foods Kievit’s total turnover and still growing. Its product portfolio consists of encapsulated functional ingredients, e.g.  creamers, fats and encapsulated fish oil in powder form, which are supplied to multinationals in the food industry and big regional clients.

With the implementation of SunFish HR, PT. Kievit Indonesia will use one single platform that centralizes and automates core HR functions such as data collection, attendance tracking, payroll and tax processing as well as reporting and analyzing duties for its employees. Modern and extensive analyzing tools can be utilized to delve deep into HR related data for all aspects to allow detailed reports, to support decision-making and provide a new level of information quality. Dashboards keep track of the most important HR issues and highlight them to the senior management.
