PT. Surya Niaga Lestari streamlines business operations with SunFish ERP and HR
Jakarta, July 2009 – DataOn announces that PT. Surya Niaga Lokalestari (Seracom) has begun implementation of DataOn's SunFish Business Suite consisting of SunFish ERP and HR in order to integrate and automate all core operational processes and thus make them more transparent and efficient.
Based in Jakarta with a branch in Bandung, PT. Suryaniaga Lokalestari was established in 1992 and specializes in Electronics Security System, especially in CCTV, Alarm, and Access Control System. The company has since continued to concentrate energies on delivering high quality products, professional and qualified services, which often exceeding customer's expectations. This dedication and strong commitment has enabled the firm to maintain the best performance standards in the industry, and gained excellent reputation. Utilizing this momentum, the company is preparing its national expansion. However, prior to doing so, Seracom’s management decided that the company must lay the foundation for that expansion with the implementation of a proper business solution that can manage their growing numbers of location/branches, sales, employees, inventory items, projects as well as increasing complexity of accounting.
To handle that growth, Seracom decided to implement DataOn’s web-based solutions for the complete SunFish ERP edition consisting of modules general ledger, finance, sales, purchasing, AR and AP, fixed assets, inventory, production and projects as well as the Professional version of SunFish HR for time attendance, payroll, and employee management completed by recruitment.
The SunFish Applications for Enterprise Resource Planning and Human Resource will integrate all of the company’s business processes and thus supports a better, more accurate planning and coordination of all business operations. The application Suite allows global access to information on sales, customer relations; inventory and resources used in the projects, finance and human resource departments, simplifying the cooperation and information exchange between all integrated divisions. The solution delivers the necessary information and reports precisely timed, thereby assisting the management in taking actions to pursue different goals including productivity increase, operational cost reduction, coping with growth.
