Citilink to increase HR process efficiency with SunFish HR

October 2009, Jakarta – Citilink Indonesia, a local low cost airline, has begun implementation of the SunFish HR Enterprise application. The software will become the foundation of the airline's HR management and handle its complete personnel administration as well as self service functionalities for 320 employees. Integrating all human resource management aspects in one platform shall not only improve administrative efficiency but also employee satisfaction.

Citilink is a low cost budget airline established in the year 2001. Citilink operates from its main hub based in Jakarta, Indonesia providing flight shuttle services to and fro the major Indonesian cities.  As of November 2007, Citilink operates scheduled flights to various Indonesian cities such as Balikpapan, Bandung, Banjarmasin, Batam, Jakarta, Kupang, Medan, Pekanbaru and Surabaya.

Once SunFish is deployed, the new HR platform will consolidate comprehensive flows and functions related to employee information management, attendance tracking, payroll and tax processing, and career management including performance evaluations, individual development planning, and training as well as recruitment in a secure and easy-to-use environment.  Employees can use self service features to review and maintain their individual personal profiles and payroll data, conduct online requests for sick days, holidays, business trips, reimbursements, training, career development, performance assessments, etc. Additionally, managers and superiors, have dashboards to track individually configurable HR KPIs to alert them to potential problems in the overall employee situation at Citilink.
