UOB upgrades SunFish HR to include Performance Management, IDP and Assessment
April 2010, Jakarta - PT Bank UOB Buana Tbk ('UOB') - who is engaged in providing general banking services such savings products, trade financing, bank guarantees, consumer loans, retail commercial loans, and corporate loans, etc. - is going ahead with their HR management innovation. UOB implemented DataOn’s SunFish HR for employee and organizational management, time tracking, payroll, reimbursement and training last year after the company decided to internally centralize the HR Management of their several branches and service outlets in order to properly support the bank's continuous growth.
Since the implementation, UOB was able to quickly integrate and automate all fundamental HR processes in one single system, which simplified the company’s human resource administration and improved its efficiency in processing and managing its employee attendance and activity tracking. With the core features in operation, the company now seeks to implement its strategic concepts for performance management, assessment, and individual development.
Once implemented, SunFish HR Enterprise will continue to provide improvements in the transparency and efficiency of UOB’s many administrative HR activities and data processes by further simplifying management, tracking and reporting tasks. Moreover, the new solution will also address the company’s concept of employee career development and farsighted personnel strategy that aligns the value of their employees with the bank’s goals.
