PT. Aditya Sarana Graha implements SunFish HR to tackle attendance and shift scheduling

December 2009, Jakarta – DataOn announces that PT Aditya Sarana Graha - a well established manufacturing and distribution company of building material and electrical home appliances- has begun implementation of SunFish HR in order to consolidate their multiple branches HR data in one platform. The company wants to achieve full automation of for all their HR business process, but especially for the payroll and tax processing for all branches as well as simplify shift scheduling workflows in order to enable more accurate time recording and tracking.

SunFish will replace the company’s current HR management system for 500 employees, which proved to be time-consuming, and problematic in terms of employee schedule and attendance management. SunFish HR integrates all areas of HR administration from Employee Information, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Reimbursement, Organizational Structure Management, Loans, Training and many more in one single platform allowing easy access and tracking of all HR related activities.

From its new HR solution PT Aditya Sarana Graha can expect to increase the efficiency and transparency of processing employee data, submitting & approving different types of request (leave, overtime, etc.), payroll & reimbursement processing, tax reporting as well as management for shift schedules and tracking/analyzing work attendance and reporting. Ultimately, the company will see a reduction of operational costs for the mentioned workflows in their HR department.
