Cogindo Dayabersama innovates existing HRM structures with SunFish HR

Cogindo Dayabersama (CDB) has chosen to implement the Professional Version of the SunFish HR from DataOn in order to simplify and streamline existing administrative and operational HR workflows and policies for time recording, employee information, career and organizational structure management, as well as payroll. The company seeks to achieve a better business performance in these core tasks of the HRM function.

PT COGINDO DAYABERSAMA (CDB, a subsidiary of PT. INDONESIA POWER) was established in 1998 and is specialized in energy cogeneration, operations and maintenance of Power Plants. Since then, CDB has gained a good reputation and excellent track records in Indonesia's electricity supply industry by providing power to several areas and some companies in need of a specific and stand-alone power supply, among them Bali Nirwana Resort, Pertamina Duri Unit, Riau Province, Bandung, Jakarta, etc. In 2010 CDB officially inaugurated its own MFO fuelled power plant in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, with a capacity of 44,6 Mega Watt. It is also participating in the operation and management of PLTU Labuan, a steam-powered 2x300 mega watts power plant.
