PT. Ithaca Resources to develop its business processes with the Enterprise Edition of SunFish HR
April 2012, Jakarta: PT. Ithaca Resources chooses SunFish HR Enterprise in order to consolidate the HR operation for its multiple businesses on one single platform. Seeking a systematic, transparent and productive way of managing around 600 employees spread across several locations in Indonesia, the company decided to underpin its HR structures with software. This is a strategic move to help the company prepare for the anticipated fast growth in employee numbers in the near future and with it changing HR management requirements.
PT. Ithaca Resources is a fast growing company that is engaged in coal mining and holds the ownership to several mining concessions in Berau and East Kutai (Wahau). The company's operation compasses three principal businesses: mining consulting marketing services, coal infrastructure and investment in coal mine.
