The integration of Google Maps, which allows users to store employee address in latitude and longitude coordinates and then displayed such address data for one or all employees in Google Maps view.
An improved succession analysis interface, which provides users with a new concept of tracking and evaluating the suitability of potential successors. Based on several configurable parameters such as competency match, readiness level, job level distance, risk of leaving, level of impact, etc. and weighting options for each selected criteria, the system automatically calculates an overall suitability score for each employee and recommends the best matches. The tree structure view and colour-coded match percentages further enhances the user experience.
- New Balance Scorecard capabilities, which allow users several things:
- to visualize their corporate and departmental strategy maps in form of any graphics they prefer or use;
- to show performance data through a strategy map chart with color indicators and to analyze them via a drill-down capability from highest to the lower levels in the organization;
- to link corporate and/or departmental KPIs to individual performance objectives and as such make the part of the regular evaluation process to review achievement.
A better performance and configuration of the data migration tools used during initial configuration and data migration in the early stages of the software implementation. Several data upload templates for core and operative modules have been added in order to ensure greater ease of use.
