Having simplified and increased the efficiency of its operational and administrative HR processes after the implementation of the professional version, it the company is now ready to focus more on the strategic side of HR. The Enterprise solution of SunFish HR will allow the company to efficiently and transparently manage strategic concepts for employee development and training, performance management, career and succession planning, and recruitment in order to drive employee engagement and retention.
