PT. Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) implements SunFish HR Enterprise Edition in order to prepare for organizational growth
July 18, 2012, Jakarta ? PT. Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero), (following short PPA) will rely on SunFish HR Enterprise to support the growing complexity in its organizational structures. Underlying its HR structures with software, the company seeks to effectively manage basic HR operations and administration, but, moreover, to expand the function of their HR Department to new areas that focus on strategic HR initiatives such as recruitment , performance measurement, balance scorecard analysis and development of employees. With this move PPA prepares for anticipated changes in its business environment, fast growth in employee numbers and new challenges the company expects over the next years.
PPA was established by the governement in 2004 to conduct the management of free and clear state assets of the Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (?IBRA?) for and on behalf of the Minister of Finance. In September 2008 the government changed the aim and purposes of PPA by extending its scope of duties beyond managing former IBRA assets to also include restructuring and/or revitalization of State Owned Enterprises (SOE), supervise investment activities and management of SOE?s assets. Since its establishment, PPA has committed to implement Good Corporate Governance principles, consistently throughout the fulfillment of its duties and responsibilities.
