PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) to renew existing HR management structures with SunFish HR Professional

July 19, 2012, Jakarta ?PT. Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), (following short PT. SMI) has begun implementing  SunFish HR Professional in order to renew their HR management and extend them to a fully integrated HRIS management solution. With the integration and streamlining of  existing operational and administrative HR processes, the company hopes to free the HR Department?s time to focus on more strategic functions such as employee engagement and retaining talent as a reaction to the increased competitiveness in the labor market. In the meantime the integrated HR system will help them to decrease help desk costs, bureaucracy, and improve accuracy for submission of requests and  approvals.
