ASURANSI RAKSA PRATIKARA

Asuransi Raksa Pratikara (www.araksa.com) is the continuation of Artapala insurance which was established in 1975. This change of name was made in late 1994 without any alteration to the composition of the shareholders and management. Asuransi Raksa Pratikara is a leading Indonesia based general insurance company. They served fire protections, health insurance, accident benefit protections, heavy duty equipment protections, shipment protections, vehicles protections, ship protections, buildings protections and others general related protections. Asuransi Raksa Pratikara is headquartered in Jakarta, with six other offices throughout Indonesia. It employs more than 300 employees.

DataOn is contracted to create, install and implement a Human Resource Management system (SunFish HR – Human Resources) which will be configured for up to 500 employees at Asuransi Raksa Pratikara. The system will be used for long periods, with a minimum usage of 5 years a head. Among the objectives for Asuransi Raksa Pratikara to implement SunFish HR are:

  1. Integrate all Human Resources system at Asuransi Raksa Pratikara offices
  2. Improve the effectiveness of Asuransi Raksa Pratikara’s Human Resources Division
  3. Try to simplify the work cycle process at the Asuransi Raksa Pratikara’s Human Resources Division
  4. Help to maintain the entire Human Resources Division’s databases
  5. Online recording and processing of employee data
  6. Online monitoring of employee attendances and activities
  7. Tracking of employee experiences, educations and performance
  8. Scheduling events and meetings

Deperindag - Ministry of Trade and Industry of Republic Indonesia
DataOn was engaged in a pilot project by PUSDATIN (Center for Data and Information) at Deperindag.  PUSDATIN is a division of Deperindag that takes care of all the information technology needs of the Ministry.  They also maintain Deperindag website (www.dprin.go.id), and continually improve the IT infrastructure and resources of the Ministry.
