As software provider in the personal leasing and placement office industry, Austria-based ProSolution (www.prosolution.com) initially distributed the German software LCS-Aida. Since the German software was not developed for the Austrian market, it couldn’t fulfill the requirements of Austrian customers in many ways. At that point ProSolution decided to develop its own Austria specific software. To realize this project as fast as possible the determined to commit DataOn for the joint development of the software. From the know-how of ProSolution employees and the abilities of DataOn originated the Software “WorkExpert” at the end of last year. Specifically developed for the Austrian market WorkExpert fulfills both all requirements of a modern software and offers customers the flexibility to integrate their individual needs.
Once the basic development of WorkExpert was done the efforts regarding software marketing and establishment of the company brand began. Because of the satisfying cooperation on WorkExpert ProSolution entrusted DataOn with the creation of its website and extranet. Both the website and the extranet are based on DataOn’s SunFish CM allowing the company a fast update and editing of its public and internal information. Moreover, the extranet offers a comfortable support feature to enable customers and partners to put their problems or questions online. And it enables ProSolution to keep track of arising problems immediately without loosing important information or data, which may happen if information is given from one person to another until it reaches the right one.
