Depperindag (Ministry of Industry and Trade)
In response to Pusdatin Depperindag (Center of Data and Information for the Ministry of Industry and Trade) request of improving their system management, DataOn offered them three unique solutions. SunFish HR is offered to overcome problems with Human Resource management, a cutomization in eInventory to deal with inventory administration, and Document Management to tackle the file and documents management.
Human Resource Management
One of the prerequisite of a successful eGovernment project is the development of the human resource. Therefore, to successfully utilize and manage human resource Depperindag chose DataOn’s SunFish HR. In this project, SunFish HR will manage not only the employee of Pusdatin Depperindag, but also other employees from the Computer and statistik department.
DataOn main target in offering SunFish HR to Pusdatin Depperindag is to increase the performance of Pusdatin employee, and increase the efficiency of the human resource administrative activities. DataOn is also optimist that the extensive features of SunFish HR that are simple, easy to learn and easy to use will be very useful, and make the day-to-day activities of Pusdatin employees much easier.
Inventory Management
Inventory management in Depperindag aims to leverage the performance of the inventory maintenance system. DataOn customs the eInventory project in order to manage all data and all administration report on inventory, therefore everything that relates to inventory can be observed carefully and always kept up-to-date.
Document Management
To administer and maintain the different format of documents and file that Depperindag owns, DataOn offered Document Management solution. Each document will have unique code and index to differentiate each other, and also different authorization to access them.
