Additionally, the article management maintains previous versions of all articles, so that if a mistake is made, the user can easily restore a previous version of the content.
Security and workflow controls which users can access which articles and what approval any content changes will require before they appear on the website.
The article can also point to any existing data in the system, which makes it easier for an administrator to populate page with data maintained by the system.
