In Article Management, users are able to surf the website, or go directly to the area they want to add or modify.  With a simple editor, users can enter and format content, or simply copy content from other sources such as MS Word®. 

Contributing and editing content requires only basic computer skill.  Any user capable of using a word processor will be able to begin working on content within a few minutes. 

For website designers or technical staff, a variety of advanced functions allow the control of content layout and flow.  All content reside in a template and Data Object.  This allows technical staffs to ensure that the website maintains a constant look and feel and easily understood structure.  Additionally, designers have the ability to control the text formatting through Cascading Style Sheets, or leave the text formatting to be determined by the user. 

Article management allows users to:
-Create tables
-Insert new graphics, or those from a library
-Insert video, animation and a variety of other multimedia features
-Translate text to multiple languages

Additionally, the article management maintains previous versions of all articles, so that if a mistake is made, the user can easily restore a previous version of the content.

Security and workflow controls which users can access which articles and what approval any content changes will require before they appear on the website.

The article can also point to any existing data in the system, which makes it easier for an administrator to populate page with data maintained by the system.
