Are the additional programs for developers?
Yes. We have a Development Kit, which can be given to developers to modify the CMS. This would require deep understanding of the ColdFusion programming language. The development Kit is included in a SunFish CM purchase. For Easy CM, the package is based on the concept that non-technical persons use the solution the development kit is not included in the package. If a company is interested in the development kit it would to lease it as an Add On.

How much Easy CM if I decide for?
Also we call it a basic version Easy CM is a complete solution regarding content management related features. This means there is no limitations to the pure CMS functions such as role-based security, administration groups and privileges, workflow, content and template management, media management, website language versions, etc. all this including the most standard modules that might be needed in the website, such as contact or feedback form, guest book, hit counter, date and time etc. as well as hosting and system handling support we offer you for an astonishing 49,- Euro a month. We call it basic because we do not include all modules we support with the monthly package price. Some modules you might need in future with your website growth are made available as Add Ons, which can be leased together with the Easy CM package thus raising the monthly charges a little. But other then that there will be no other costs of ownership while using the system. Optional we offer our service to help you with design and implementation, which are not free, but as mentioned they are optional and there is no need that you have to take those services.

How much is Hosting and Support if I chose Easy CM?
The Hosting and the Support for handling the system is included in the monthly fee, which means there is generally no additional costs for this. But there are always exceptions to the rule also here. Although Hosting and Support in generally free, we maintain the right to charge a little extra for additional disk space and network traffic if your website contains large amounts of picture and movies. The same applies for the support. Although the support for helping you to set up your website in the system and learning or showing you the CMS is free, we allow us to charge you additional cost in case you need some custom specific module development and DataOn development services are required to complete this. But in either case we would discuss the charges with you upfront and wait for your approval before go ahead.
