eMat, formerly known as Unaxis Materials, Singapore, is a world-class state-of-the-art Sputtering Target Facility Operator. They are one of the few TargetMmanufacturers worldwide complete with the latest HIP (hot/cold isostatic press) facility. At the end of 2003, as a part of a comprehensive marketing strategy, the company decided to change its name to eMat and engaged DataOn to develop the new company logo, and also to plan and realize the company´s web strategy.
DataOn and eMat teams worked together to develop both logo and website concepts in record time. The outcome is a web appearance that successfully completed Unaxis Singapores transformation to eMat. eMats wanted to convey a “technology-focused” image of the company without becoming a “dot com.” DataOn created a recognizable logo and a website which is characterized by simple and user friendly navigation.
